Disclaimer *

I understand that if hops are of low quality or fail to properly seal and thus preserve their ripeness, Oasis Fresh Hops will not sell the hops. These hops will be checked prior to shipment or receiving. If hops do not meet standard the brewer will be informed as soon as possible and neither party will be held fiscally responsible for the hops. Brewers will be responsible for all freight costs.
