Cashmere
Looking for a unique, dual purpose hop variety? Cashmere hops was developed by Washington State University and released in 2013, Cashmere is the result of a marriage of Cascade and Northern Brewer.

Centennial
Centennial has become one of the most well-respected hop varieties since released in 1990. Centennial is a well-rounded and useful for bittering, flavor, aroma, and dry-hopping.

Citra®
Citra® is the current superstar of the hop world. Citra® is the most sought after hop variety because it offers an intense citrusy flavor and aroma that revolutionized IPAs.

El Dorado®
This juicy hop was born and bred at CLS Farms in Moxee, bursting with juicy pineapple and tropical notes, this dual-purpose hop has been featured in many great beers since its release in 2010.

Ekuanot®
Ekuanot® was commercially released in 2014 and has intense and unique fruity and citrus notes including melon, berry, citruslime, apple and papaya. Ekuanot® also contains some spicy, green pepper note.

Idaho 7™
Idaho 7™ is ripe with zesty tangerine flavor that is reminiscent of marmalade. Its uniqueness shows up as a pleasant herbal character that melds with the citrus to come across like fine earl grey tea.

Mosaic®
Mosaic® is an aroma hop developed by Hop Breeding Company LLC released in 2012. Offering a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics.

Pahto® (HBC-682)

Willamette
Willamette hops were historically one of the most prevalent hops grown in the United States that accounted for nearly 20% of the hop crop at its peak. Willamette is the daughter of Fuggle and carries with it the same pepper and spice.
